Numbers always seem more significant when lives are at stake. But in the world we live in today, there is so much destruction occurring which makes it hard to keep up with the statistics and clouds our view on which global issue we should focus more on. I don't believe we should lean towards one particular issue, rather, show empathy and try to bring awareness to these global and current issues.

The world tour of 1600 Pandas, hand crafted with recycled materials in the form of paper mache by French artist Paulo Grangeon, has made its way to France, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

And now, the exhibition has made its mark in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, and I'm glad I could be a witness to it. Many of us know that Giants Pandas are endangered. But little do we know that there are only 1600 of these creatures left in the world. I myself was unaware of this alarming statistic until I coincidentally stumbled upon this exhibition held in Publika mall after brunch today.

*Sad face triggered

If you feel this kind of issue hits your soft spot, you can read more about these harmless creatures and also be aware of what WWF is trying to do in order to prevent further plummeting of these 1600 lives.
